Arc Reversal

Let $G=(V,A)$ be a directed graph and let $(u,v)\in A$ be an arc in $G$.

An arc reversal replaces the arc $(u,v)$ by the oppositely directed arc $(v,u)$:

$$(u,v)⟼(v,u),A^{\prime }=(A\setminus \{(u,v)\})\cup \{(v,u)\}.$$
