A bra-vector $⟨\psi |$ is the dual vector of a ket-vector $|\psi ⟩$ in a complex Hilbert space $\mathcal{H}$, written in bra-ket notation.

In finite dimensions, it is the conjugate transpose of the corresponding ket.
