Vector Addition

Let $(V,+,F)$ be a vector space. Vector addition is the operation

$$+:V\times V\to V$$

that maps two vectors $x,y\in V$ to their sum $x+y\in V$.

Einstein Notation: $(x+y{)}_i=x_i+y_i\in V$
