Majorant Criterion

let ${\sum }_n{a}_n$ and ${\sum }_n{b}_n$ be two series with $|a_n|<b_n$ for almost all $n$. If ${\sum }_n{b}_n$ is convergent, then ${\sum }_n{a}_n$ is absolutely convergent. In that case, the series ${\sum }_n{b}_n$ is called majorant of ${\sum }_n{a}_n$.
