Minority Criterion

Let ${\sum }_n{a}_n$ and ${\sum }_n{b}_n$ be two series, such that $0\le a_n\le b_n$ for almost all $n$. If ${\sum }_n{a}_n$ is divergent, then ${\sum }_n{b}_n$ is also divergent.
