Young Winner ( COMSOC)

A Young winner is an alternative with minimum Young score under the deletion convention. For a profile $R$ over alternatives $C$,

$$x\in {\lambda }_{\mathrm{Young}}(R)⟺\forall y\in C:{\mathrm{Young}}_R(x)\le {\mathrm{Young}}_R(y).$$

The Young rule selects all such alternatives: they require the fewest voter deletions to become Condorcet winners. Several alternatives may tie as co-winners. Being a Young winner does not mean already defeating every opponent in the original electorate.
